Code Corrections
Code Corrections If you are selling your house and have been told by an inspector that it needs certain repairs made to bring it up to code we can help with that. Most older homes do not have a ground fault circuit interrupter outlet (GFCI). Some do not have grounded outlets. In some cases certain repairs are not required because the Texas and National Electric Code will allow an item to be “grandfathered”. This determines a device or installation was installed according to the code in effect at the time of installation. Once you have a licensed electrician inspect these items we can help you make a better determination on the repairs necessary.
